ACTIVE VITAMIN D3:
- Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) is one of the five forms of Vitamin D
- Inactive Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) is hydroxylated in the liver to become 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 (Calcifediol)
